A proposed secondary dwelling in Macksville designed to provide flexible, independent accommodation while responding to site constraints and local planning controls. The compact layout prioritises functionality, natural light, and privacy, with living spaces oriented to maximise outlook and cross-ventilation. The design adopts a contemporary yet restrained material palette to sit comfortably within the existing residential context, delivering a practical and well-resolved addition to the property.
